feat(inventory): adopt Purpur distribution naming

BREAKING CHANGE: New release assets use purpur-inventory-helper-<version>.jar. Runtime SpigotInventoryHelper identity and existing sorting-stick/recipe keys remain unchanged. Replace the old JAR rather than installing both distributions.
