- checksum-pin and patch the exact build-2651 runtime
- add a packaged load/enable/command-backed YAML/disable lifecycle boundary
- preserve Leaf runtime identity, API floor 1.20, state, commands, permissions, scoreboard team, and protection behavior
- update supported-platform documentation without GitOps or deployment changes
