- verify the exact Purpur 26.3 build 2651 runtime SHA-256 before an isolated plugin load/enable/disable test
- retain `api-version: "1.20"`, runtime identity, entrypoint, commands, permissions, data contracts, and package exclusions
- update supported-platform documentation
