US-078: saved-character search and inspection events
Implements the two approved pending event criteria from the canonical story.
Wire registered player/console/command-block searches and player-only saved UUID inspection/native book navigation to correlated character.saved_search_resolved and character.saved_inspection_resolved JSONL.
Bound deterministic multipart summaries/read metadata; omit records, book contents and protected saved identity on permission/sender refusals.
Resolve supersession, shutdown, permission/lifetime/read/open/response failures once; bind saved navigation to its original native holder and single-use nonce. Preserve read-only state and existing active inspection.
No configuration, gameplay balance, CI/tooling, security-blocker repair, live/GitOps or deployment changes.
Verification
Meaningful registered-interface RED retained before implementation. Rebased affected preflight: 136 native + 16 writer + 52 tools passed, zero failures/errors/skips/SEVERE.
Java 25, unchanged native 1 GiB; ./gradlew clean check jar passed 2,233 tests: 441 JVM + 1,740 native + 52 release tools, zero failures/errors/skips. All 37 new saved-read native cases are clean. All 635 input hashes remain exact. The full suite's 688 legacy diagnostic signatures match the verified current-main baseline by suite/header/exception/normalized first frame, with no additions/removals; not blanket security clearance.
