## Scope
- compile and test on Java 25 against Purpur API 26.3 build 2651
- checksum-pin and isolate the exact Purpur 26.3 native runtime
- adapt native verification to 26.3 registry/origin/team-damage contracts
- package `api-version: 26.3` while preserving runtime identity and gameplay behavior
- document the supported build and verification boundary

- actual 26.3 incompatibilities: removed WORLDGEN registry identifiers and required native combat origin/team dispatch
